Made from twenty-to-thirty year-old selected vineyards, this wine can be be enjoyed today, or one may rediscover it tomorrow. With a background of red fruit, the seasoned notes perfectly assemble and are highlighted with notes of oak aging.
We find in this wine the subtleness, minerality and slenderness of the Viura grape variety, but with the right energy that allows this white wine long bottle aging in the cellar.
Linked to the Alava tradition we make our young wine from the fermentation of the whole bunches.
